Patrick McSwain

President

Patrick McSwain brings around 30 years of senior operational and financial leadership roles across a range of industries, including aerospace, defense, and medical products. His focus is building upon the successes the team has had in bringing high quality, and environmentally responsible, custom packaging solutions to market while focusing on improvements across key business metrics such as EH&S, cost, quality, and delivery and the long range strategic planning for the company.

Patrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. He is an active member of local youth sports clubs, coaching and supporting his children in all they do. Patrick enjoys an active life in the St. Louis community with his wife and their five children.

 

 

Bryon Crump

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Bryon Crump brings around 25 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry to the team at EnviroPAK. Beginning with the company in 1997 in a product engineering role, he learned every aspect of the business including package analysis, plant level planning, manufacturing and marketing.

Serving in a crucial sales role over the next decade, Bryon grew company revenues more than five-fold by focusing on expansion of the company’s national customer base. This included significant growth of large distribution partners and single location distributors in select markets. Before returning to EnviroPAK, Bryon spent time in the distribution side of the business with a large distribution company.

In 2011, Bryon was named Vice President and became a member of the company’s management team. Today, under Bryon’s leadership, the company continues to enjoy exponential growth with a key focus on excellent customer service and retention of key accounts.

Bryon holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and earned his MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He is an active member of IoPP, his parish, and Frontenac Public Works committee. Bryon enjoys life in St. Louis with his wife and their children.
