Problem
Protection can’t be an afterthought.
The Basler BE1-FLEX control system is a highly advanced technology product for power system management used in industrial automation and offshore environments. Since it’s a highly sensitive technology product, the BE1-FLEX required superior protection during shipping using a packaging material that could also prevent electrostatic damage during shipping. With EnviroPAK molded fiber custom packaging, Basler got everything they required plus a lot of other positive benefits.

For EnviroPAK, packaging for the Basler BE1-FLEX control system started with a smart design that fit the product perfectly (our packaging meets dimensional tolerances by 3/16”). And due to the electronics componentry of the BE1-FLEX, our molded fiber packaging material provided the ultimate protective barrier and cushioning that meets UPS, FEDEX, Amazon, and ISTA standards. This product also benefited from static neutral molded fiber packaging that does not require treatment with anti-static agents. Add to all this how our “Tooling for Life” guarantee meant no retooling charges for slight modifications to cover plates. Now you can see why Basler has been our client since 2005.
